Much of my business comes from first time home buyers. I consider myself a matchmaker, in a sense. Successfully matching client to home is a great feeling. Sure, there are challenges to be faced when trying to buy or sell, but I believe in a consistently positive approach. There are exceptions to every naysayer's rule, and I've seen absolute miracles happen for many of my clients.
